The Fleet.
QUALIFIED
All chauffeurs are properly licensed, required to complete
our training and orientation program before entering service,
and attend Royal Floridian’s continuing education
program during their employment. In fact, no other transportation
company in South Florida has a stronger safety program
than Royal Floridian.
UNIFORMED
Chauffeur uniforms consist of a black suit, white shirt,
and conservative tie. Uniforms are required to be clean
and well pressed.
SUPPORTED
Royal Floridian chauffeurs are supported by our extensive
operations structure. Seasoned operations managers maintain
pre-convention and on-site communication with the client
to assure that accurate and up-to-the-moment transfer
information is available to our dispatchers. The dispatchers
cross check every aspect of scheduling and are particularly
adept at accommodating the ever changing requirements
presented during the course of each service day.
IN TOUCH
All of our chauffeurs carry portable cellular phones and
all of our drivers wear digital pagers. Travel staff on
site is also equipped with mobile hand held radios and
cell phones. Our Operations Managers have the latest digital
communications system at their disposal for direct radio
communications to the client. Offering multiple options
of communicating assures your guests of quick responses
to transportation changes as they occur. |
